Custom web browser protocol to install from apt-get

It's not *my* problem, I don't ever expect to install that way. And
there are plenty of people reading sounder - it has become quite popular
recently.

However, if you'd like to see this reported, I will, but I am unable to
get a list of previously reported bugs on this package ATM for some reason.
