Yep sure. The last time I came across it was 30 minutes ago, when I saw
a post on the ubuntu mailing lists talking about a better integration
of the ubuntu forum, whick linked to this page on the ubuntu wiki:

Scroll down a bit, you will see a section called 
"BoF agenda and discussion" It's interesting because it says "BoF" not
BOF", so at least I assume that the middle 'o' stands for "of", rather
than being a noun like B and F probably are.
