Edgy DVD available for order ?

Hi,

A few months back when it was announced that it was possible to order
an Official Dapper DVD from www.amazon.com (ie only for US citizens),
they said they were working to make it available to other parts of the
world as well.
Does anyone in the know has information about this ? 
Will there be a way for say European (at least French ;-) citizens to
order an official DVD of Edgy when it's released ? :o)

Ideally the shipit website would let people order the official DVD as
well, using a Paypal button for example ??
