The spread of Ubuntu by word-of-mouth is amazing; I live in Saskatoon,
a city of ~200K people in the prairies of Canada.  Yesterday I stopped
at a local Wendy's restaurant and while I was waiting for my order to
be cooked, I got talking with the young guy behind the counter and he
was all psyched because he had saved up enough to order the parts for
a new gaming machine...  I asked him about the OS he was going to use
and he mentioned that he was going to dual-boot with Ubuntu :)
