I used that in my sig for about a month in a hopelessly clueless Windows
newsgroup. 80% of the posters there were top posters.
What strikes me as odd is that I've been on any number of *non-tech*
lists and newsgroups where the subject never even came up (and most
everyone was a Windows user).
Virtually everyone bottom posted. That's why I found it so interesting
that it was so common in a *Windows-specific* newsgroup.
