The file managing part is hard to do, it does not have a clear way on how to
perform
basic file managing operations like copying and pasting files. The
~/Desktop/* files is
not displayed on your desktop (or I'm missing something).
I'm not tainting it's "good" reputation, it's just "practically" it's not a
real OS (yet) for many people.
