Three comments:
1) It's not RTF but TNEF (Transport Neutral Encapsulation Format)
2) Outlook and Outlook Express are two totally different beasts.
3) Outlook Express doesn't exist any more since Windows Vista. It's now
called Live Mail.

Just saying, if you are right about the RFC's and the mailing lists, do
the same for everything else.
