Hardware reliability are probably the odd ones out...I have a number of 
Macs at the school and a fair few of the teachers have Macs and I have 
yet to be asked to deal with a hardware problem. Now, if we are talking 
about a few quirks with OSX...just one instance with Leopard trying to 
get it to mount a smb share when it previously worked. Another one was 
Mail crashing when opening certain emails which would open fine in 
thunderbird...

But I still want OSX.
