maloader: Mach-0 Loader for Linux

maloader is a Mach--0 (Mac OS X) loader for Linux.  It is already able
to run the XCode toolchain.
Essentially, this is the beginning of what will become Wine-like tool
for running Mac OS X software in Linux.
