My grandfather used to say:

You only have two things to worry about: either you're well or you're ill.
If you're well, you've got nothing to worry about.
If you're ill you've only got two things to worry about: either you
live or you die.
If you live you've got nothing to worry about.
If you die you'll either go to heaven or go to hell
If you go to heaven you've got nothing to worry about
and if you go to hell you'll be too busy saying hello to all of your
old friends to worry.
