I really don't feel like singling out individuals (unless they put
themselves in the line of fire) but for instance there's one user who
accounts for 25% of the posts in the crazy OT religion and politics
thread, by himself.  I think a large number of other people responding
to this obvious troll doesn't help matters a whole lot, but the fact
is, that's a huge number of posts by any standard.

That's what I'm talking about.  All of us engage in some
less-than-topical banter from time to time.  People who make a career
out of it are a different subject.  Even some of this chronic
offender's posts are topical, but the vast majority are not.
