Not really. 
Plenty of companies are in bed with MS, in much the same way as Nokia
are now (like every commodity PC manufacturer) without being 'burned'.
I'm not convinced this staff walkout is going to kill Nokia, either.
Nokia has some quite major problems, but they're not that they're now
in bed with MS, and they predate both that and the walkout.

And SCO has been in a state of 'likely wont survive another year' for
many years. I think SCO will die in the year of the Linux desktop, when
the iPod killer comes along...
