It depends more on we or someone else actually needing it than anything
else.  Right now we store all of our time-related information in UTC, and
offer users the chance of configuring their preferred timezone.  This isn't
ideal for all uses, of course, but it works well for our needs.

Also, I wonder what's the support for timezones in sqlite.  I guess we'd
probably have to store the datetime+tzinfo as a string.  Do you have any
experience with that?
