hi, gustavo

is it possible for us to help out with reviewing? and if so - is  
there any documentation on the process of reviewing (the  
administrative part)

as i already told you - i plan to do the strong reference cache  
implementation - shall i just publish a branch somewhere when i am  
finished, or how is the workflow for such contributions?
