Not a magic one of course. We could perhaps start with announcing this
to ~ubuntu-sponsors, so that we at least share a common understanding
with people who upload quite a lot of these SRUs? Otherwise, over time
hopefully developers will get re-trained about what kind of SRUs we
accept for non-LTSes after they got some rejections.
