New Package Set

Dear Technical Board members,

During the last meeting, Developer Membership Board has agreed to
create a new packageset  "Packages providing the virtualisation
technologies Xen, QEMU and libvirt."

Please create new packageset "virt" (or some other appropriate name)
with owner set to ~developer-membership-board, and please add
~ubuntu-virt-dev team as uploader for that packageset into ubuntu.

DMB, will then add packages to that packageset & add smb to the team
to become virt uploader.
