Questioning period before the TB election begins

Hi TB,

I don't know how the election is coming on, but as far as I know you're
still collecting candidacies. So that means there's time for this
suggestion: can we please have a short (1 week?) period after the list
is finalised and before voting starts where Ubuntu developer can
question candidates? There's a couple of questions I'd be interested in
folks' thoughts on.

In terms of venue, ubuntu-devel@ seems most appropriate.
