Technical Board Elections Schedule

Hello Technical Board,

I've chatted with the community council, José will pick up the various 
elections coming up soon. I had also brought up the fact that Marc has 
resigned and we need to find a replacement. It doesn't seem like we have 
this case properly defined, other than needing to run an election. Given 
there are three elections to run until the end of the year (CC, 
Membership Board, TB), and the technical board expires EOY, I feel it 
would be most effective to bundle getting a replacement for Marc with 
electing the next TB altogether. Here is the proposed schedule until EOY:


Community Council Elections:

2022-09-19 Post call for nominations
2022-09-26 Second call for nominations
2022-10-03 Nominations close, send to Mark for shortlisting
2022-10-10 Voting announced
2022-10-17 Voting closes, results are announced
2022-10-25 Latest point in time Mark sets up new council in LP
2022-10-26 Current Community Council expires on LP

And right the next day, the Ubuntu Membership board needs to get started:

2022-10-27 Post call for Ubuntu Membership Board nomination
2022-11-03 Second call for nominations
2022-11-10 Nominations close, shortlisting by the CC
2022-11-17 Voting announced
2022-11-24 Voting closes, results are announced
2022-12-01 Latest point in time CC sets up new members on LP
2022-12-04 Ubuntu Membership Board expires on LP

And now the technical board, which overlaps with the Membership Board 
schedule:

2022-11-10 Post call for nominations
2022-11-17 Second call for nominations
2022-11-24 Nominations close, send to Mark for shortlisting
2022-12-01 Voting announced
2022-12-08 Voting closes, results are announced
2022-12-16 Latest point in time Mark sets up new council in LP 
(Canonical year end holidays inbound)
2022-12-31 Ubuntu Technical Board expires on LP


José will get started a bit earlier on the CC schedule which will give 
us more buffer time, and I will check with Mark how this fits into his 
schedule and if we are giving him enough time.
