Technical Board AMA [was: Call for nominations for the Technical Board and Membership Board]

Happy new year Ubuntu Community Council!

I would like to check what's the status of the TB election since we 
didn't get any update since mid-decembre.
Also the current board memberships are near expiration, could you extend 
them again?
