Thanks. Since the TB meeting didn't happen yesterday we discussed the 
topic on our private matrix channel (we also talked about having a 
public channel where we could have such discussions, but that's a 
problem for another time).

I reviewed the policy before the draft PR was shared and my opinion at 
the time was that it was already in a good state and a welcome 
improvement for Ubuntu and such ready to be submitted.
I'm happy to see that there was some constructive feedback and good 
discussions on our mailing list and on the PR itself.
Christian did a good job to update the PR accordingly which is making 
the current version even better.

Thanks Christian for all the work you have done to drive that proposal 
forward!

I agree with what Robie wrote and the PR looks good to be merged at this 
point.

And to reply to the vote question, no need to wait for the next TB 
meeting, getting 3 "+1" on the list will be enough.
