* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
- debian/{control,rules}: Use autoreconf helper for newer arches to
correctly build shared library and to resolve FTBFS.
xchat-guile (0.3-3) unstable; urgency=low
* move to guile 2.0
* use default (Debian) C/LD/CPPFLAGS (and thus hardening flags)
