    - Add POST_BUILD directive, and implement a BUILD_DEPENDS directive that
      instructs `dkms autoinstall` to build Linux modules in a specific order to
      ensure ZFS to build after SPL.
    - Force the installation of a module if it is listed in
      /usr/share/dkms/modules_to_force_install
