[Bug 139169] on board - letters on keys are REALLY small

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: onboard

the letters on the keys are really small on the on board keyboard. this
is not good for people with poor eyesight - and it is not even visible
for normal sight people. the keys (and the keyboard) is very large, but
most of it is just background color.

please use screen real estate more sparingly - so
1. make the keyboard smaller
2, make letters on keys nearly as big as the keys
