Also menu items are not GNOME HIG compliant.

According to GNOME HIG http://library.gnome.org/devel/hig-book/stable
/desktop-application-menu.html.en#menu-item-tooltips

menu item tooltips should be phrased as an imperative verb. Onboard's
menu item tooltip is "Flexible onscreen keyboard for GNOME" and is not
phrased as an imperative verb.
