[Bug 552425] [NEW] cannot type underscore and backslash in Japanese layout

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: onboard

In Japanese keyboard layout, users cannot input underscore "_" and
backslash "\" from lack of a key.

How to reproduce:
 1. set the layout Japan-Japan OADG 109A in gnome-keyboard-properties.
 2. launch onboard.
