[Bug 790240] Re: at-spi needs demotion for precise (at-spi2-core in main)

java-access-bridge is superseded by the at-spi2 libatk-wrapper-java /
libatk-wrapper-java-jni (MIR was approved in bug 849729). According to
Luke this is a drop-in replacement for libaccess-bridge-java-jni, so the
only thing to do here is to change the dependency. Matthias, can you
please do that for the next upload? Thanks!
