emacs-snapshot has been removed a long time ago. I don't think we should
"fix" emacspeak to properly skip it. I would suggest closing this bug as
won't fix, but as I am not sure, I am setting this bug to incomplete as
feedback is welcome.

The issue is that emacspeak has a hard-coded list of emacsen that it
does NOT support. We could add emacs-snapshot to it, but that does not
really makes sense in my opinion.
