This does not work at all, the setting change is silently rejected:

till at till-twist:~$ gsettings get org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.a11y-settings active
true
till at till-twist:~$ gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.a11y-settings active false
till at till-twist:~$ gsettings get org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.a11y-settings active
false
till at till-twist:~$ 

And due to this I still get the dialog.
