[Bug 1310404] [NEW] Enabling the onscreen keyboard in the accessibility menu changes lockscreen design

After enabling the onscreen keyboard in the accessibility menu the
design of the lockscreen is changed to the old design of Ubuntu 13.10
and earlier.
