[Bug 1283118] [NEW] eclipse (kepler) and 3.8 close but the window "progresse information" stay

Hello,
under Mint (petra/cinnamon), the eclipse program close normally (no process) 
but in the middle of the screen, a pretty window stay "Progress Information". 
The -, + and x are on the right corner, but no action when i click under.
The window stay before all others windows , 
it is very unpleasant. 
Thanks for your ideas
