[Bug 1293259] [NEW] In 'Français (variante)' (french azerty) some letter not present on some layout

Public bug reported:

* Launch onboard
* change keyboard language to "Français (variante)" from the keyboard indicator
* launch onboard setting from onboard indicator
* swap layout compact mode to  :
  * Small
  * Phone
  * Grid
In these 3 mode, it is not possible to use the 'M' (not present, should be after the 'L')

I have linked screenshots of the bug "missing letter 'M' "
