Hi Francesco,

I just added the ppa and upgraded.

This current bug is fixed for 2/3 layout :
 * Small OK
 * Phone OK

The issue is still remaining on the Grid layout (cf new attached
screenshot)

  * Launch onboard
  * change keyboard language to "Français (variante)" from the keyboard indicator
  * launch onboard setting from onboard indicator
  * swap layout compact mode to  :
-   * Small
-   * Phone
-   * Grid
+   * Small  (fixed on ppa:onboard/stable)
+   * Phone  (fixed on ppa:onboard/stable)
+   * Grid   (NOT fixed yet on ppa:onboard/stable)
  In these 3 mode, it is not possible to use the 'M' (not present, should be after the 'L')
  
  I have linked screenshots of the bug "missing letter 'M' "
