[Bug 1579245] [NEW] Error box when tryin to reboot

Using the shutdown->reboot option from the MATE system menu does not
reboot instantly. Instead it shows an error box:

A program is still running:
at-spi-registryd.desktop
Not responding

One can select "Reboot Anyway", whick works as expected.
