Something weird is up with your system or mirror... According to the
log, it is trying to downgrade to 0.1.11-0ubuntu1 from 0.1.11-0ubuntu3,
although the log is not warning about a downgrade...

What does apt-get offer to do if you run sudo apt-get -f install in a
terminal?
