[Bug 1815046] [NEW] Onboard Virtual Keyboard crashes KDE Plasma

Public bug reported:

Onboard completely crashes KDE Plasma.  It has happened before, I
thought it was corrected, but then the crash is back when trying to
select a French accented "e".  It crashes the entire desktop, and you
are brought to the login screen.
