On focal, "apt source onboard" says

NOTICE: 'onboard' packaging is maintained in the 'Git' version control system at:
https://anonscm.debian.org/git/pkg-mate/onboard.git

But "anonscm" went away a few years ago. The correct URL is
https://salsa.debian.org/debian-mate-team/onboard
