Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
2. Try to install or reinstall onboard with

    sudo apt-get install --reinstall onboard

Expected results:
* onboard is reinstalled without errors or warnings

Actual results:
* onboard raises an exception during installation

Setting up onboard (1.4.1-5build4) ...
