Public bug reported:
I have two USB -> RS232 adapters which I want to use in Linux.
The first one (unsure about brand) works perfectly fine, but the other one doesn't.
The device /dev/ttyS0 will be created and then removed with 5 second intervals.
Relative dmesg and lsusb output as follows:
