In theory yes, though in reality probably not. Herd 1 is very unstable 
and will be broken in lots of new and interesting ways. This is very 
much Alpha software. You would probably end up reinstalling at some 
point closer to final. When we get to Feature Freeze in February, and 
Herd 4 or something it will be more stable.

For starters accessibility (AT-SPI) is still broken in Feisty:
