eSpeak extension

If anyone is interested in trying to create a gnome-speech driver for
espeak the following information might be useful.  A couple weeks ago
Rich Burridge from the Orca team took a look at creating a gnome-speech
driver for espeak.  The information contained in this bug report may be
useful in helping someone create a working driver much quicker.  The
code attached to this patch should be quite well documented.
