issues running orca on 6.10

Hi Carlos:
It means you were an early adopter of the pre-v1.0 release of Orca.
THANKS for working with it! :-) We changed the way debug worked prior
to the v1.0 release, and it looks like you had an old user-settings.py
laying around. Running "orca -s" blew away your stale user-settings.py
and created a new one, resolving the problem.
Since these changes were all pre-v1.0, we didn't make an effort to keep
the user-settings.py stuff compatible as we progressed. Now that v1.0
is out, however, we will work to ensure things don't break like this.
