BRLTTY ignores option for attributes table

I'm not very familiar with brltty, but it seems like -a wants the full
path to the attributes table.
The default path mentioned in /etc/brltty.conf is used (the
/etc/brltty/) in ubuntu.
Perhaps the filename needs to be text.de.tbl ?
