FYI, I just checked in a fix to handle yelp's sudden personality change:
the main cause was that yelp was changing its name and id on us.

BTW, to "wake" yelp up until this fix is available, you should be able
to Alt+Tab away from the help window and then Alt+Tab back to it.  When
you do this, Orca should be able to access yelp a little better.
