can this be fixed in orca

Hi, I know this isn't priority,
but I wonder if anything can be done at some point to make orca work better with dosemu.
It does read, but when playing a text game it gets confused and repeats or says things at random.
I think what needs to be done is to have the screen refreshed after new text comes up.
   I did try maximizing the screen and got the same result.
