Orca Urgent: Restoring Ubuntu?

In eSpeak 1.18, the installed command line is named espeak instead of
speak. 

So if you are using Speech Dispatcher, the related configuration file
might be updated accordingly.

Besides it, feedback on the gnome-speech driver for eSpeak is
welcomed :-).
