does the help center work with orca

Hi, is the help center accessible with orca.
This isn't something I have had a use for in some time.
However today I tried to use it and hear things like network and so on red when pressing the tab or arrow keys.
My problem is I don't ever get to a point where I can read about these entries.
   If the help center does work with orca,
what is the correct way to get to the text on these entries.
