Ubuntu with german speech

Hallo list,
my name is Chris and I'm new to this list.
I'm want to install Ubuntu un my computer and wanted to ask if there is a possibility to get german speech output.
Bytheway, are there some hints to setup urca or to configure brllty to work with the console?
Does orca recognize a braille terminal that is conected via usb or do I have to make some configurations in .conf files.
