speech dispatcher

Hi, just a question. Why couldn't speech-dispatcher be added to the live CD. This would get speech working again.
Also for anyone who installs the new version of ubuntu and has a problem. I found by running orca -t in the terminal. It seems to reset and let you do the setup again. I don't know what -t is really for, but I remembered being told to use it once before.
