Hi,
I tested this before answering just to be sure. Application specific
settings can be accomplished by pressing Orca key+CTRL+space. I changed
the eSpeak voice to Scotish English and left everything else on US
English. When inside evolution it automatically switched to the Scotish
voice. When outside the Evolution window it switched back to US English.
I would assume that this would work the same way for Festival voices
etc.
