Installation and resizing NTFS partition

Good afternoon,

I am trying to install Ubuntu for the first time today.  I am quite happy with the fact that I can do this on my own.

One question, I have a 60GB NTFS partition that needs to be resized to make space for Ubuntu.  I can't seem to access any field in the "Edit Partition" dialog to allow me to change the size of this partition using Orca, any suggestions?
